Personalised Learning Plan (PLP)

Based on the results of the diagnostic assessment, our tutors will develop a Personalised Learning Plan (PLP) for each student.

The PLP outlines the student's learning goals, the strategies that will be used to achieve them, and a timeline for meeting these goals.

Research shows that personalised learning plans help students better understand their own learning processes, keeping them engaged and motivated.

Focus Group Sessions

Our program emphasises both individual and small group learning sessions.

While individual sessions provide an opportunity for intensive one-on-one tutoring, small group sessions facilitate peer learning and interaction.

Studies indicate that smaller group sizes in education can lead to better learning outcomes, as they enable more personalised attention from educators and stronger peer relationships.

Reinforced Feedback

Continuous feedback is integral to our program.

Regular assessments will be conducted to evaluate progress, and the Personalised Learning Plan will be adjusted as needed. This approach ensures that the learning experience remains relevant, targeted, and effective.
